Initiate Your Request
Log into your Primo Shop account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
